Olga Belousova has 16 years of industry experience in B2B environment. She has established several successful start ups in food ingredients, IT and interior design areas. Currently, she is working as Management Consultant at Booz & Co, Moscow, Russia.

Irina Denisiyk is an accomplished CFO at United Grain Group in Ukraine. The major part of United Group operations are in Ukraine, Luxemburg and Switzerland. United Grain Group is one of the leading exporters of grains and seeds in that region.
Lokesh is founder & CEO at Media Magnifico. He spearheads the collection of talent pool and engages strategic partners for Media Magnifico to address client needs. His diverse technical background combined with project management and marketing experience helps him understand client requirements at all levels. He has over 12 years of industry experience providing support to customers in various roles. Experienced in leading multiple projects, process development & improvement, coordinating support effort, engineering design, verification and quality testing. Lokesh has a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
